coke or diet coke

just wondering which one you guy's drink, i've been told that the diet contain's more sugar, is this true?

I hate diet coke.regular for me.

Regular for me! Diet Coke contains something thats bad for you that regular coke doesnt I think :confused:.

Reg for me. Have you guys tried the new Caffeine free stuff? Taste the same but allows for normal sleeping hours. I actually fell asleep only an hour or so after taking back a couple of them. I'm pathetic.

yeah it does taste like crap, anyway's you aren't understanding me, i've been told that the maker's of diet coke put more sugar in it than in regular,hence decieving everyone, even if it is sugary it taste like sh!t, anyway you look at it! :lol2:

diet coke has nutrasweet in it which is a drug that leads to cancer (like everything else in the world) but personally i'd much rather have a beer

Same here. If I do drink soda, it's usually diet. Before I started drinking all water, I switched over to diet and started slimming down after a week or two. With regular water though, I feel a lot better all around, and I keep slimming down at a much better rate. With weight lifting, I'm not losing weight, but losing fat at least. I'm a pretty firm believer that soda is no good for you. Anything to be in better shape.

coke and pepsi (hell any dark colored soda) will rot your teeth out. I think pepsi's pH level falls around 2.49 and coke is 2.53. Compare that to battery acid which has a pH level of 1.0, and do the math yourself. Coke can take rust off of metal. It kills weeds in your driveways. Think of what it does to your pearly whites. Im not drinking it anymore.
