audi vs ford

i drive a 96 audi a4 2.8L, i have a friend who drives an 02 v6 mustang. mine is manual, i just got a new clutch but my car has about 100k miles. the mustang has about 15k miles on it but its an automatic. who do you guys think would win?

Well, his is 6 years newer, and has 85k less miles, and yours is a luxery car, it would be close.

but one thing to keep in mind is that his is producing about 18 more ponies out of a car that is lighter if its the coupe or the same weight if its the convertible...so id say that hed probably win in a straight line...but you never know...though the manual gives you some advantage...i think the more power and less weight gives him more...i hate to say that cause i drive a 96 too...but thats just the way it is
