I ordered some Modelers clear adhesive from HLJ a long time ago and its still on backorder so I have cancelled the order. The problem is I can't find a hobby shop that sells clear glue anywhere, can anyone recommend a good substitute for clear glue?

When I'm out of clear glue, I use wood glue. You know, the white one..(?) It works fine for me. hope this helps

Yep, plain old Elmer's school glue.

Another vote for plain old white glue. If you look around you can likely find stuff that will say 'dries clear' on the bottle.

White glue works well, but I prefer Micro Kristal Kleer. Its white glue-based but dries absolutely clear.

I have the model master clear window adhesive.

BOOSTD head down to your local hobby shop, or a newsagent, or a junk type shop, and get yourself some PVA glue. It works a treat, and it's cheap as (like $3 for a large bottle).
