Drum to disc conversion

I have a 99 civic DX coupe, and I was looking to do a rear drum to disc brake conversion. Could anyone help me out with this, what parts would I need to get besides calipers and rotors, and from what cars. Also, would I have to get the rear calipers from disc brake equipped car, or would the front calipers from another civic work?

One last question: if I wanted to do a five lug Type R conversion along with the brake conversion, which parts would I need for that?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hey bro,
I am working on the same deal. Here is what I have amassed (and from where) so far:
1995 GSR Rear End:
Rear trailing arm with hub assembly for disk brakes (Ebay or junkyard, whichever is easiest to find)
Upper control arm (Ebay or junkyard, whichever is easiest to find)Compensator arms (at the front end of trailing arm) (Ebay or junkyard, whichever is easiest to find)
Rotors (Brembo)
Brake calipers and brackets (Ebay or junkyard, whichever is easiest to find)
Brake pads with shims (get the genuine Honda ones)
Parking brake cables (new and OEM, got one from A&H motorsport {ahmotor.com} and one from Rock Auto {rockauto.com}. A&H will probably have both, but Rock had one for a bit cheaper.)
Brake Lines (rockauto.com)
Various clips, pins, bolts, etc. (call A&H, they've got it all for cheaper than most everywhere. Match their prices against your local junkyards and your Acura dealer)
What I am missing:
1998 LS Master cylinder, brake booster and proportioning valve. the LS is important because it is the only one that doesn't come with ABS. Some minor modification is needed to bolt this in, but with some patience, a flaring tool, and some elbow grease, it all goes together. That is what I have heard anyway. I haven't done it yet myself, but we'll see.

Look around there and see if you can find a good price.....The last time I looked I found a 5 lug conversion for about $1200 thats all you need to change your rear brakes to disc and going 5 lug....
