Well any type of higher acceleration/speed. As theorized by Einstein himself (I've spent too much time in the college library since school started), as you appraoch the speed of light (any speed higher than your sitting on your butt and reading this), time must contract so as that the speed of light can remain constant. Therefore, your relative time is slowed in relation to a person who is not going as fast as you.
An important experiment was done by flying two planes with nuclear clocks (accurate) around the world. One going east (earth rotational speed + airplane speed), and one going west (earth - plane speed). The one going west had more time on the clock (Minding this is only a fration of a second... the kind with about 72 zeros before it :)
