If you are willing to understand that bikes can be dangerous, and you can keep your testosterone in check, then starting on a small street bike should not be a problem. A great starter bike is a Ninja 250 by Kawasaki. Honda makes a small 250 but I can't think of the name of it, or if it's even still in production. Buying a 250 and getting rid of it again when you've learned how to ride should not be any problem. People are always learning on them and reselling them for the same price they paid for them. Also, take the Motorcycle Safety Course (or MSF course). It's GREAT for skill and confidence building.

Sweetness. One of our rider's daughters goes to WVU, and actually, one of our riders is a prof down there. :D

You should come whore up this forum (http://www.sportbikeworld.com) some time with us. We're under Associations/Groups and the name of our club is Golden Triangle Riders (GTR). We have people from ALL OVER the SW PA area, and always are out and about in WV for twisty rides on the weekends.

I got your IM, but I just moved back to school (California Univershitty of PA) and I don't have the internet in my room yet. :(

We just got rid of Aramark, and got some new company called AVI. The good news is that the food is somewhat better (at least I think so) but now they decreased the money that is included in a "meal" and made the prices higher. :newburn: They're so friggin stupid.
