cell shading...erm, why aint it working now

a little help :confused:
so i came to do some more cell shading only to find that the line tool seems to have messed up.
now please correct me if im wrong, but isnt it the ''line tool'' that you use to out line each cell :

Don't use the line tool, just use the paintbrush tool with a 3 brush. Much easier, much quicker.
I would encourage anybody on here using Photoshop 7 to quit using it and instead use Image Ready 7, which is included with photoshop. Much easier to master, and much less technical.

hit he PRnt Scr button :) (two button ups from your Del button) and paste it in Photoshop

i had the same problem... i dont remember exactly what I did but i think on the line toolbar theres some kind of properties thing that you can switch around.
