JDM Lancer VIII GSR in US?

Is this true? Especially the specs on this - 320hp? (used 2nd page, silver)
Is there a JDM GSR model? They also claim that all conversions are included in their price...why can't skylines be like this??

if you don't mind me asking, how much does insurance run on one of those, since they are true imports?

Does the Evo7 GSR come with a/c and radio (i might be thinking about the RS version)? does evolution import finace?

The RS is the stripped down version, best one to get in my opinion.

Evo 7 RS is faster in GT3 than the Evo 7 GSR...lol.
