New Wheels on Locking Hubs

Hi there,
I just bought a 2000 Tacoma, which came with manual locking hubs. My cousin has a set of rims and tires that I want to put on my truck, but his (also a Tacoma, 2000 I think) has the automatic locking hubs. When putting the new rims on my turck, will the different types of hubs give me trouble? The bolt patterns are the same. I haven't looked too closely at them, or tried to mount them yet, but wasn't sure if the manual/automatic locks were going to be a problem. Thanks for any help.

John
