If anyone has a diagram or could give me a run down on what all comes off in terms of screws or snaps or the difficulty rating. Its a 1993 caravan with manual windows. I'm going to the yard to get the window and I don't want to spend all day in the sun its gonna be mid 90s today and at the yard it will definitely feel like about 100+ degrees. Thanks for your help.

Quite easy, remove the door crank, I believe it is a held in with a allen screw, don't forget the washer. There are also screws on the upper and lower arm-rest and at times around the door trim. Done, now if there appears to be a inner door latch cover check for screws. If there are none, use a flat screwdriver and gently try and pry off the cover, it should be held in with clips. Next with a wider screwdriver, or 1 inch puddy knife push it between the metal and the door panel. With the puddy knife in about a inch or so, glide the blade around the door trim. You should feel the blade hit a metal clip every 5 inches or so. Pry outwards lightly on both sides of each pin if needed. You will hear a springy cruntch There are around 10 mould fasteners on each door. When they are all loose, pull out the bottem of the door trim. Note it will still be held in place by the rubber window seal on top. Hit the buttom of the door from the bottom on each corner with reasonable force and your panels off. Peel off paper water shied carfully, and replace when job is compleate. Next put your door crank back on, no need to screw it on. Raise or lower the window regulator untill you can see it through a square access hole. You wil then see two nuts on this regulator with rubber washers holding the bottom part of the window. Remove the two nuts. It's easier if you have someone holding on to the top of the glass, and pull it straight up. It is quite a easy job. Before you put in the window a little extra lubricant on the tracks and gear would be advisable.
