what can i do 2 my 330ix

I Have $400 i am trying to spend but im really confused on what 2 get im worried if i get a cold air intake im gonna get watter in the engin and i dont want an exaust because cops are really cracken on that where i live someone please give me some advice i am wiling 2 spend maybe another 100 dollars on install any ideas?

A intake really has no more chance of getting water in the engine than the factory airbox. How about some clear corners and/or a short shifter?

Or a computer reprogram?
