bodykit / color paint

I have a Honda Civic LX 4 doors 1999 Silver

everything still pretty much from factory only changed rims and muffler now im thinking about get bodykit and fender but i need a little help here

I want to make sure how much money im gonna have to spend before i actually get bodykit and fender If i get bodikit/fender i will have to paint them right?
How much it usually cost if i go to body shop have them paint it and put on my car for me ?
What if i want to paint it and put them on myself ? is it hard to put them on?
I want to paint them myself it should save me some money but the problem is i don't know the right color is there any site that i can search for exact color number for my car ? and Whats a good site to buy car color ?

best thing to do is to go to the body shop yourself and ask them. as for painting it yourself. i wouldn't do it unless you have experience. sorry ;)
