short story:

I ordered some decals from laubak.com (the tuner ones) and I never recieved them. I emailed him and without question he sent another set. And after not recieving those EITHER I filed a paypal complaint. Much to my embarrasement, laubak emailed me back the tracking numbers AND an apology for something he had no control over. It turns out that the entire thing was the post office's fault. Througout the entire process, his customer service was equisite and very helpful. I can't recommend him enough for those of you looking to get some nice tuner decals!

all you have to do to find out if a person is in this thread is to search with the username within the thread, that's what I always do and it's quick and easy
