95 integra ls best turbo

i have a 95 integra ls 5 spd i'm in the process of saving for a turbo my question is which turbo is better the drag gen 3 or the revhard stage 2? i don't want to go with fmax or greddy so please don't ask me why not these turbos

my goals for this car is not to get in the 9's but around 12's i want something so i can stage with a mustang camaro or any kind of muscle car and not have to know i am already going to lose.

also do these kits requrie any modification to the motor (besides the oil return lines)or car it self that need to be done wiht these kits

full-race makes the best kits, IMO. But between drag and rev hard, my vote goes to rev hard.
