Having an electrical problem on the 1991 Sil. 4x4.
Once in a while the electrical system seems to go dead. Guages go out, engine stutters, only for a second. I have checked the wire that runs from the hot post to the power strip and it seems okay.
Also the vent actuator thumps when you first turn the key on.
(A mechanic told me to put the air on max to make sure vents are in the recirculate position and just unplug actuator.)
