95 lt1 low oil pressure

Hi guys, I have a 1995 caprice with the LT1. Recently I noticed that the oil pressure guage was just below half while driving the car and it was just below 1/4 while the car was idle. While the car is idling the gauage is not in the red zone but it is pretty damn close...is this normal? I checked the oil level already and it seems fine, any other suggestions?

yep, that is the normal range of the gauge.
