IWC: Mark this forum read

I would like a nice graphical button similar to "Post New Thread" and "Reply to Thread" only for marking the forum read. Also it needs to be available at the TOP and BOTTOM of the thread list so I don't have to scroll down just to click it.

This has bothered me since before the redesign, (although it was available at the top, it was a very small hyperlink)
