This goes for 97 C-5 Coupe, 98 Convertable, 97 Convertable (Pace car) and 01 Z06. 454SS found out about this a long time, but i was working on my Z06 and i noticed it again. The corvette modle is a manual, but there are only 2 pedles. No clutch? lol :screwy:

I never even pay attention to those types of things.

And to add to the "confusion" :shakehead the Revell Corvette transaxle replicates an automatic transmission. If one wants to build a proper Z06, one must scratchbuild the entire transaxle. :banghead: :shakehead :nono:

Another case of...
"OK guys how many times can we get people to buy the same kit?"

No need. Use AMT's transaxle center from their '97 or '98 kits.

Thanks, didn't know that. Considering the AMT Corvettes are basically junk compared to the Revell ones (from seeing them in the box and hearing horror stories from good modelers who were at their wit's end building them without breaking the windshield), that's actually good news that I can actually use something from my kit.
