Blue Oval Civil War

Well I still haven't got to race me an LS1 to post but I will. But I got another kill last night. I was coming back from Worcester going I-190 North. Great Highway to have fun on. But I'm driving like a normal person there is no1 on the highway. I'm doing 70-75 in a 65 zone. I end-up catching this car that was ahead of me pretty quickly. As I get closer I realize it's a red 99-up GT Convertible. I'm not big on racing other Mustangs... I don't like to beat up on my brotheren except for those 16 year-old punks that got thier new Mustang daddy bought them :headshake .
But any way I pass him not speeding up at all. I get about 200 or so feet ahead of him. then I see the lights start coming up on me quick and he goes flying by me. I don't know but that shit kinda annoys me... I saw you when I passed if I wanted to race you I would let you know. But I wasn't about to give chase cause we were coming up on an over-pass that has cops sittin there a lot.
The Mustang gets way ahead of me, I pass the over-pass no cops. I keep my speed constant and start to gain on the Mustang agian. I finally get right behing him. He starts to keep punchy the gas and letting off. I pull over in the left lane get next to him, look over at him and drop it into third and punch it, i ran third out real quick went to foruth. It was over, by the time I was out of fourth I was easily 9-10 cars ahead of him. I threw it into 5th let of the gas and let him fly by.

Yes, but sometimes it has to be done. Good kill none the less! Anyway, I'm heading to Lebanon dragway on setp. 10th, I'm sure there will be some LS1's you could play with there, if you want to join on the adventure. :grinyes:

The 10th... hmmm I been wanting to see Lebanon some people at work tell me it's a nice place. I'm may have to go there and throw down. Besides I haven't made a real 1/4 mile pass with my 393.

There is nothing wrong with cannibalism. Everyone is fair game, or should be. Nice kill.
I actually quite enjoy going against other GTR's though the lessors Skylines are more of a waste of time. There are some quick non-GTR's here but most of the time you won't see them but on the tracks.

I dunno I just dont get a big kick from racing other Mustangs. I like to talk to them and help out but I'd rather go beat a Chevy anyday

I'd rather race other trucks, I think its even more interesting to race something of the same generation like S-10 Xtreme vs Xtreme.
