Lowering a 94 G20t...

I could use some help. I want to lower my G20 but i don't want to go ghetto low. I think around 1.5 to 1.75 is good (tell me if I'm wrong). What should I get, springs, shocks, etc... and should i get it all at the same time. I've seen some kits, should I go for those. If you guys could help. Thanks.

what up dude. i have a 96 infiniti g-20.. i just lowered it like 2 weeks ago. I used intrax springs and i had stock struts. After uh 2 weeks of riding on the stock struts which felt like i was driving on a skateboard , i decided to go and get some shocks.. i got the KYB adjustable shocks. From what i have heard.. they are baddddd a**..... so im gonna try those out. anyhow.. when u lower your car and im not sure if your looking around for springs or not, but if you are you will notice that NO WHERE makes any other springs for an infiniti besdies intrax... So far the intrax has been cool it lowers the car about 1.75 or a little lower but its not ghetto looking. its just the perfect height.. Anyhow.. if you lower the car, get the shocks and springs at the same time or you'll have to learn the hardway like i did... and also.. obviously you'll need an alignment. i've done some stuff to my car it looks tight.. everyone stops me and ask what kinda car i have. its kinda tight.. anyhow.. if you need any info.. hit me up.. I have the same car and color. I lowered my car 1.5" with the KYB AGX/B+G sport spring comb. I am planning on selling these though. Check my thread at:

I want to go with a custom coilover setup. Kinda pricey but should be excellent. Need to sell these first though.

Hey Kickercarg20, I'm riding on B&G springs with KYB's. They make a pretty good combo. If you plan to lower you car, do everthing at the same time - shocks and springs. If you're looking for a really nice, low ride, then you might want to consider coilovers. But the B&G's fit right in your ride height preference - 1.6" - 1.7" so I would go with those with a good set of shocks.
