Hi,
I am replacing one of the lower balljoints on my 90 Civic LX.
I know Autozone charges 25.99 for the balljoint and 99.00 for a balljoint seperator. (99.00 is a rental fee, once its returned i get my money back)
Is this the only speical tool I will need?
I also gotta replace the balljoint that goes at the bottom of the lower arm. There is the steering knuckle balljoint and the balljoint directly underneath the lower arm.
I hope u understand which one this is. Thats the best I can describe it.
thanks

You mean ball joint seperator? Picklefork does the job.

Yea I meant the balljoint press.
Will both lower balljoints be the same?
The steering hub one and the one near the bottom of the disc brake rotor?
Thanks
