i live in orlando and it gets pretty hot down here in the summer and for some reason when my car is parked out in the sun where there is no shade it doesnt want to start right away, i have to leave the key in the on position and let the fan run for like 1-2 min. i just changed my starter like 4 days ago so i know its not that cause at night when it cool outside it starts up right away.
so c if u could answer my question

its your main relay,, you can get one at a honda dealer and its located behind the coin box

I periodically get the same problem. All I do is clean all the electrical contacts on the starter motor, the relays and make sure no engine grime is anywhere near the electrical stuff. Use some sand paper to bare the metal again, for proper contact. If you struggle with this, use some engine cleaner in a can to remove the grease & grime. Mine always starts up again immediately. After several months if it happens again, I clean it again, and it's gone again...

id suggest you replace the main relay as well, but i think its behind the hood pop thingy.
