Rad cooling fans inop

Hello all this is my fisrt post here.The problem I am havingis the cooling fans for the rad is not working.The problem had occured before I took the van to the dealer and the fans started working.So far I have checked the fuse its ok.Checked to see if the fans would work with direct power thats working fine.I would like to know where the relay is located so I can check that.With the A/C turned on the fans are still not working and the van will overheat.So if anyone can help it would be great.This is a 97 Grand Caravan LE 3.8L fully loaded.

On the '96 that relay is mounted just to the left (drivers side) of the radiator. Held down by one screw if i recall.....

my 98 had same problem. It was the relay. Good luck.
