What's wrong with this picture?

So what's wrong with this picture? (see how many things you can find).Hint: GoX. Toyota photoshopped a lot of stuff, but maybe the truck is actually there. Of course it's pointing downhill which just show's they didn't make it the hard way.

Well, let's see. First, the foreground doesn't even look like an established road or trail and he has no business being there in the first place. Second, even if it wer supposed to be a trail, it is going straight down the fall line of the hill rather than traversing it, so it's just asking to become an eroded mess, especially with vehicles on it. Third, they're "targeting" puddles which only makes the erosion problem worse.

it looks like the river in the background just kinda ends in a puddle or something (unless thats a road i'm seeing).
or, hes about to make a left and his signal isn't on :thefinger
knowing you graphic desinger types it probably the gamma or the megapixels are discombobulated :screwy:

Well, not only does it not have the TRD package with the locker, but infact that's a 2WD Prerunner. Is that what you are looking for? What do I win?

Ok, I'll give it to the end of the day and give another hint.

the wheel well spaces look funny. It looks like it is parked sideways on the slope and the flexion doesn't look right for the terrain it's parked on. It also looks like it should be sliding off of the cliff right behind the truck.

You all have interesting points and I didn't even see some of what you're talking about the first time. But you're going down the wrong path.
Here's the second hint: Look at the bigger picture.

There is no way the rock should be 500 points.

What's the red light in the bed? Is that some kind of cargo light?

Ok, here's the answers.
It's Poughkeepsie Gulch, CO. One of the trails at GoX and called "The Wall" by some, but it's probably "advanced" on a Xterra level, not "difficult". This truck came down the easy way and probably didn't ever get down to the real obstacle. There are many pictures of Xterra's climbing this thing (I think there is one of me in 4x4 Magazine). Toyota photoshopped so many of the "supposed" obstacles into this shot, and really should be ashamed they can't get their truck up this for a good photo.
Here's a shot I found from below:

Here's where I've identified most of the "wrong" parts with the photo.

Wow, I was way off. I don't know if I did that run or not. I think I might have gone down it. I know for sure I didn't go up it.

It was 01SalsaX that noticed the backing bit, not me.
I don't know the area at all, and even with it pointed out I still don't see any resemblance between the two shots.

The Jeep shot is from below. I couldn't find any looking down as nobody takes that way.

I did note that the 2 shots were from the top and bottom respectively, but I still don't know how anyone was able to identify the location in the original ad in the first place.

At GoX it takes forever to get everyone up that thing, so you spend a lot of time looking down the valley. That was the first thing that I noticed, then I looked closer and recognized the obstacle.

This must be the picture taken just before the Toy slipped N slid, kicking, screaming, and fighting in reverse off of the cliff behind the shot(as is denoted by the splash pattern in front of the rear tires, and previously mentioned).
Other than that, it LOOKS like the stream in the back ground runs at an UN natural angle in comparison to the base of this valley. It seems to run uphill and to have never eroded into the hillside through which it traverses.
I doubt thats what you're lookin' for, but it DOES hold water.
***BTW- Do you think that the Toy landed on a pile of Rav-4's or CRV's?
...And what the hell IS that red light in the bed?
