so which game??? i would choose srs cause u cam modifi the cars!

havent played any of them (hence the reason there is no vote from me up top), but from what i hear the control is better on initial-d

We have both Initial D 2nd Stage and Wangan Midnight at one of our malls here. I've only played Midnight, and I like the handeling on that.

i've seen the graphics on Initial D, and SRS, but i havent heard of Wangan Midnight. From what i have seen SRS has better graphics, and it was created to give an accurate recreation of street racing culture, which basically just seems more appealing to me.

initial D is a kick ass game!!!
it gets really fun after the first 2 maps, and its much more fun in terms of gameplay

In initial d i work my way from the hard maps to the easy maps(the hard course is more fun, well thats what i think)

I've played all of them and yes srs has the best graphics but gets boring fast. initial d would be a good game to start out with as far a real racing goes.

are you talking about Initial D: Mountain Vengence or is there another game i haven't heard about. SRS was pretty cool. Running from cops is the most fun. But then of course you have to repair your car

Initial D on PS2 is shit, Initial D on arcade is the shit! SRS is gay, Wangan Midnight is as good as Initial D, but a totally different race type. Initial D is mid speed drifting (around 60mph) and has the shifter on the left cause it's hardcore. Wangan is, well, wangan lol, think driving on a 4 lane highway at 2am at 200mph, yes MPH.

Well being the thread is being brought back (wow it really is old). I have to say Initial D is a terribly addicting came! I've only played Ver. 2 but if you're a fan of the manga/anime you wont be dissapointed!

Well, initial d is a real addictive game to me. But now being able to control myself and living in reality, I had reduce my freq on this game.

Ive only played InD v3, Its fun. But its really unrealistic, I want a game where you can practice double clutching properly in conjunction with heel toe. I dont have a license yet so thats the reason why. Also where is the clutch and the shifter in InD? Its just a shift up and shift down, with no clutch whatsoever. Nevertheless its fun.

Which game is the best to fulfill my wants?

The only arcade game I've ever seen with a clutch is this Ferrari racing game with 3 screens, you drives Stradales and stuff an dyou can schoose automatic, semi (paddle shift) or full manual with a real gated shifter and clutch. There isn't very good pedal feel so it's kinda hard and it's not really realistic, but it's better then nothing.

well at first i thought initail d sucked because i didnt knwo how to play it at all but when i found out how to play an got better...the game became more crazier and crazier..initail d rocks!!
