First Model! Simple questions

Ok, I am working on my first model (well, the first since i was 12, i guess). It is a '67 Plymouth GTX. I am painting the exterior Testors Comp Orange and the interior black.

I am following the directions in the FAQ on painting, I have done the Primer, let it sufficiently dry and then 3 coats of the orange. I put it in a box to dry for 24hrs. I looked at it this morning and I missed the last little bit where the body curls under at the bottom. I assume I can go back an spray another coat or 2 from the underside, right? That also gets me thinking, do you want to paint the inside the exterior color? I don't see any headliner or anything, and my inside will be black not orange!

Also, I would say the paint looks pretty good but there is quite a bit of orange peel. That will all come out looking shiny with some sanding and polish, right?

Since you applied primer, it's probably okay to paint the inside black, but I suggest painting the inside gray or silver before painting it black. Plastic is somewhat translucent, so painting the inside black sometimes affect the exterior color, depending on the color and thickness of the primer.
