User title classification and stars

Here is how it works now:

AF Newbie 0-49 posts
AF Regular 50-99 posts
AF Enthusiast 100-1499 posts
AF Fanatic 1500- posts

If anyone has a proposal for a new ladder, please speak away :)

Overall, that looks pretty good. However, I do have some additional suggestions on the titles. First I'd change the range identified

Then let people with over 10,000 posts customize their own titles.
