Well, you dont need to prime your car unless there is bare metal visible. You can just use 500 to 1000 grit sandpaper and lightly scuff the surface paint. Well, more than likely it will be clearcoat, not paint. Make sure you get every inch of surface that will get paint. You can also get those 3M scour pads. (I dont know what they are called) As far as primer goes, have a pro do it or get professional grade primer. That stuff in a can is junk. It tends to peal up. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, let me know. I just did my car with a friend that has done automotive painting for 40+ years. I can get almost any info you need.

Well... I didnt get ahold of the guy last night. I will try more this weekend. If its any help, pros use an epoxy primer. They are stronger and they seal out moisture better than regular primer. Im not sure if you can find it online, but its worth a shot.

Bondo will work on plastic. I just did part of mine. It just doesnt give like plastic. (ex: if the bumper is hit again, the bondo will crack) Try to use a higher grade filler/putty than bondo for a better fill.

check out www.por15.com for some high qaulity putty. I was recommended to this stuff and it works great.

Well I cannot see the pic anymore but you need a plastic welder, before the flame war begins yes they exsist. It is a heat gun that uses plastic rods basicaly and it repares the plastic. 1st you have to cut the cracked part into a v shape the apply the welding rod with the welder, then sand it down til it is smooth, then get some flex agent ( ask for it at any bodyshop supply store) and some 2k primer apply the flex agent then wait the reccomended time on the container ( they vary from brand to brand, tipical time is around 15mins and no longer than 25min) then apply the 2k primer. The next day after everything has dried you will need to wet sand the 2k primer until it is smooth and even with the rest of the plastic area. I know this was kinda just an overview and it is not as complicated as it sounds :p
