What's your biggest fear?

I am wondering what is everyone's biggest fear?

Mine are water...not in the sense that I won't shower or bathe but I really only care to swim in the swimming pools and rivers where I can clearly see the bottom. I guess it goes along with my fear of drowning.

Also heights...I am deathly afraid of heights, another reason I am not a pararescue men in the USAF. My worse experiance with heights was my incentive flight in the F-15. I threw up in my respirator on take off :(

Same here. But it really comes to me when I'm crossing a bridge without any side rails to hold on to.

My biggest fears are heights and spiders. I can't stand either. I like catching wild snakes and scaring my mom with those though (her biggest fear). :grinyes:

Some of my fears - ending up alone, not finding meaning in the things I do, not enjoying what I'm doing on a daily basis, not seeing enough of our planet. I want to visit 80% or more of the planet before I pass away.

my fear would probably have to be Snakes and spiders.

heights on their own don't bother me.... not being secure at said heights scares me. Also, ladders. I'll go up ladders all day long, but don't make me come down. That's about it, save for a few little issues that I have with darkness.... I'm not scared of the dark... I just spook really, REALLY easily,

Anthrax. Bombs dont worry me, as I can see what they are, how big they are, etc. But anthrax really shits me.

Unsecure heights, spending my life alone, not doing everything I want to do before I die, the unknown.

I have 3...

Third...Water...I won't go swimming in the ocean past my waist, I won't go into lakes, ponds, rivers nothing that has gushy mud that squishes between my toes. I'll only swim in a pool THATS IT!

Second...unsecure heights...I love flying in planes...but the ferris wheel, roller coasters, etc...FORGET IT!

The thing I'm most afraid of...SPIDERS!!! I can't stand those things. Even baby ones! I freak out and get the heebee geebees for the next 10 minutes after the thing is gone. I don't even have the guts to kill it unless I have no one else around to do it for me.

Probably heights would be my number one, and then like all sorts of little bugs that can crawl on you. And then like 10 minutes later you still feel like they are crawling on you, or maybe that is just me :screwy:

Biggest fear would be gettin' paralized for life due to a car accident or some shit. And, Brand0137, it's not just you - those lil creatures are really freaky and disgustin :shakehead

My biggest and only fear is going blind. GAWD that would suck. No driving. :crying:

Drowning, losing an arm/leg (or any other body part that I need), going blind/deaf. Not really afraid of heights...actually I kinda like it.

yeah i am freaking scared of them aliens too. those sob's with the big ass black eyes and skinning lil fingers trying to probe my ass is definently not a fun idea for me.

I almost drowned (under very different circumstances) in kindergarten. Water freaked me out after that. But I realized (years later) that if I was too afraid to go in the water - and never learned to swim, next time I fall in accidentally I may not be able to save myself.
Now swimming is one of my favorite activities (unlike ice-skating, which I hate)
