Fujimi super inch up 300CE with Aoshima 19" bersaglios, heavily hacked up (7mm lowered, no inner wheelarches, sump, or g'box crossmember) chassi, clear indicators and shaved emblems. Had to do the grille in BMF because its moulded into the the hood :rolleyes:

My Original-Teile. Has a new one that's on the bench right now as I screwed up the right headlight on this one, I've also lost the hood ornament. So I will try not to do the same with the new build.

Italeri Mercedes Benz 300SL "Gullwing"

To me build this classic model car was more a date with automotive histoy trying to recreate one of the famous and classic cars of all time.

Front of the car. Pay attention to the headlights were I applied a little bit of water down mix of brown and clear yellow to recreate the spotted glass caused by the heat of the light.

The main atracttion of this model, the gullwing doors! The aluminum tubing was added instead of the plastic tubing.

The other atracttion, the engine. It was recreated as a factory stock. It even included scaled down copies of the engine original stickers.
