Water in Interior and Trunk - Help !

First off, all my seals seem to be good..they were all replaced a few years back.

I have water in the two water wells in the trunk and water in the back seat a few to several inches high whenever we have heavy rains. I have checked my car after a rain and looked for leakage from the windows etc, and there dont seem to be any signs of it coming from there.

: : : If anyone knows of any known leak issues, could you please please help, this has been going on for about 6 months - I have even had it looked at and noone can seem to find the source.

: I would like to add that I do park on a hill and the front foot rest area (the incline where the pedals are) is never wet but of course when the car is level, I get spill over on the front mats.

I have just run inot this problem as well. I found when I took the rear taillights off, there where factory sealed seems that had begun to rust out. They are located at the end of the water channels of the trunk. I filled them in, and am waiting to see if I have any success stopping the water.
