Who would I call to get a used turbo for my G? I have plans on getting it blueprinted from Turbonetics b4 I put it in my baby. I'm shooting for 1 bar of boost through my engine. What else would I have to do to achieve that? Also what is the highest amount of boost I can attain without altering the compression ratio?

What exactly are you trying to do with the car! You can't build a turbo system based on *boost*! 1 Bar on a T3/T04E is a lot more power than 1 bar on a T25; understand? Now if you said, " I want 200 whp" , then I would say get a used Bluebird setup, mount it on your DE and you will have that power with an intercooler and JWT ECU!

I'm actually looking for about 250 whp (my slushbox will be "leveled up"). And the I was thinking about using the T25 because it is inexpensive. Although I plan on using a T3/04 Hybrid in a later setup.

....No WAY! You will have to change up the manifold and turbo to hit 250 hp if you start off with the T25. Do yourself a favor and get the T3/T04E from the beginning! Another alternative would be to get a GTiR Manifold and T28! That will produce 250 whp with a Cobra MAF, MSD 50 lb/hr injectors and ~13-14 psi!

Would fuel injectors from a 300zxtt fit because I know of one that I can get them from. If the T25 can't do it then I'll go with the T3/04 (I think). Besides where would I get a T28 and the accompaning manifold from. And the Cobra MAF can be picked up where and for about how much.

I don't mean to sound like a dick....But it sounds to me as if you haven't done any research. Research is very important when trying to turbocharge a vehicle! 370cc injectors can come from 91-96 300ZXTT, 94-96 Q45, 91-98 Bluebird, S13 & S14 SR20DET's! 370cc injectors will max out at about 230 hp! That is why Itold you you will need MSD 50 lb/hr injectors to reach your goals! The Cobra MAF can be purchased from JWT, Ford Dealerships, or other aftermarket Vendors such as APEX Motorsports(Shameless Plug):D !

well, that's what he's doing right now...researching by asking questions here.
yes, the injectors from the Z32 will fit but u'll also need to get the fuel pump fromt he Z as well...you'll need to get that if you are aiming for 250hp. 370cc is good enough for 250hp, especially if you are gonna boost 1 bar.
to change to a different turbo such as the t3/04, u'll need to get a different manifold...if you wanna keep the same manifold (and if money isnt an issue) go for the HKS GT 25/30 ball bearing!! that'll do you good up to 300+ and it's ultra responsive. a TD05 will also fit on the facotry BB manifold too.
250hp isnt such a distant goal though if you are not planning to swap turbos and just use the factory t25. a 3inch exhaust, properly tuned ecu, the larger injectors, and if you boost 1 bar, should be no problem and wont max out the turbo.

I've been reading post. I just got my G about a month ago so I am still getting used to it. I love it to death, and I am thinking about getting it hooked up. I already have a system in it. And now I am trying to move on to something that I am not as knowledgeable about. This car seems to be the perfect platform for creating a sleeper. So I'm hoping to be able to exhange information with you guys in hopes to further my knowledge of the whole car think. What do I have to offer? Car Audio knowledge.

I can not recall a single person who has dynoed 250 hp with a T25 or 370cc injectors. Anything past 10 psi on a T25 becomes very inefficient! The 370cc injectors max out at 230 hp! You would run *EXTREMELY* lean if you try and push those injectors past 10-12 psi with a T25. The factory MAF is maxed out right around there also! I am not sure where you are getting your information, but by stating that 250 whp is attainable with 370cc injectors on an SR20 is just plain ignorant! That would be a very costly mistake!

Mike Kojima sent me an A32 or A33 fuel pump for me to install in the G. Now I just need some time to figure it all out. Time is something I'm short on at the moment and probably will be for some time. :( But, the A32 (or A33, whatever) should work fine as well with a little customization (like all other fuel pumps require).

I agree with Louis. There is a lot of good information here, on SE-R.net, and in the SE-R Mailing List archives. A little reading up before asking questions is a really good idea. A lot of time simple questions may be ignored if folks feel the information is already out there and readily available. Don't forget to keep an open mind. And don't believe things just because you want to believe them. There is a lot of misinformation out there, but fortunately, the SR20 community is filled with some pretty knowledgeable folks when it comes to forced induction, including an engineer for Garrett.

No sweat. Believe me, I understand. I'm a total newbie on the subwoofer mailing list, and now I'm going through the same sort of thing you are with the Porsche 944 list. I'm trying to research and get knowledge from those folks.
So, please be patient with us too. Many of us (and most of the most knowledgeable folks) have our own projects that we are doing our own research on. That is one reason you're more likely to get a response if you've done some research or at least attempted. We all know what it's like to need info and not know where to start. It just really helps when you can be more specific with questions.

a bit of confusion i guess...if you are talking about whp, then yeh, no way you can achieve 250whp from a factory DET motor.
I dont know about boosting 1bar would be unefficient for the SR...at least I know that's not the case for the RWD DETs.

I think you are missing the point entirely! Teh factory Bluebird T25 becomes very inefficient at those boost levels. The temperature of teh compressed air becomes very hot also, since the turbo is spinning so fast, even a front mount intercooler has a hard time chilling the air!
The S13 turbo is the same turbo as teh Bluebird, so results will be the same.
The S14 turbo is actually a Ball Bearing T28 very similar to the GTiR turbo, except the GTiR turbo isn't ball bearing. The S14 turbo also has a T04B compressor housing rather than a T3 housing like the GTiR. The GTiR Turbo can support 15-16 psi, but it becomes very ineffiecent as well with anything past 17 psi.
Teh S15 turbo is identical to the S14 turbo other than a different brand turbine!

i have seen s13s and s14s running 1 bar at road tracks with no problem!
perhaps it does become inefficient, i am not telling everyone to boost that much, just pointing out that it can boost up to that much, max!
no one asked for the turbine configurations for the silvias but since you know, i guess you like to share!
here's something you might have missed! the first years of the S14 did NOT come with a ballbearing turbo. I believe Nissan implemented the ballbearing turbine starting 96 if i remember correctly!
S15 turbines are NOT identical to the S14 turbines, i dont know the exact specs right now (i'll post after some research if you are intersted)...there are some tuners in Japan switching to S15 turbines on the s14 to get extra power at a lower cost. Thus they aren't identical, as you mentioned.
