I know people hate it when they dont get any reply so here goes.
1. b16a, good choice.
2. ECU - PR3, PW0, whichever OBD0 VTEC ECU comes with the swap
3. tranny should come with the swap, but any cable B series will work
4. Hasport are good, if you are looking for a little bit cheaper mounts, I recommend HCP
5. Axles - Depending on which intermediate shaft you use, go with the matching axles for the tranny.
6. Many companies, HASPORT, HCP, etc. sell adjustable shift linkages, I personally cut the B18A1 linkages and welded them back together shorter.

any b series cable tranny is easy to use, but there are hydro-to-cable conversion kits so you can use like a type r LSD tranny if u wanted.
hcp of hasport have the best mounts, get a 4 mount kit if possible
use a pr3 ecu if you can, they are better than the PW0.
axles, you might have to "build" them check out www.hasport.com they have a nice tech article bout the axels.
hasport place racing, and hcp all sell shift linkagaes, you can modify your own, or an 90-93 integra unit to comply.

you will also need to use the 90-93 integra rear bracket. if you have an si, you will have to add four wires to your harness for the vtec, oil pressure, knock and 2nd 02.
if you have a dx. you will have to upgrade to multi-point injection.
try doing some research as well. there are plenty of websites and alot of information on this board about this very same question.Search is your friend (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/search.php?)
