Which model in detail is better for integra GS (B18B1)?

Get either the stock NGK or ND (Nippondenso) plug. The part number for the plug is usually on the sticker under the hood. Genuine Honda/Acura plugs are either NGK or ND in a Honda box. These are the best quality plugs and usually come pre-gapped (check it, though)

:iagree: there is no need to use some platinum tipped plugs, you will have no performance gain. the best way to go is stock unless your pushing mad HP's

Agree....stay with recommended spark plug.
