steering problem

Hey I`ve got a little problem with my steering; when i make a very sharp corner with minimum speed (like driving away from a parking lot) then i hear and feel bumbs in my steering wheel. the faster i take the corner the more louder and faster rythem i hear them. (its a knocking sound) I`m not sure if it has to do with the power steering (pump orso) or with the axles itself. Does anyone reconise this or knows the same problem please reply with tips and solutions thnx. Greetings Chaco

I had the same problem with my Civic, it turned out that the CV joints were messed up. I got them replaced and the problem went away. Good luck!
