H22 in a 92 Accord

Been reading through the forums and I see the H22 swap is pretty popular. Would that be the best bet for my 92 Accord? If so where would be the best place to buy it...around how much would I be looking at to spend by getting all the parts I need at one time.
And if anyone knows a place in Maryland who can do engine swaps at a decent price let me know. Thanks !
