Polished throttle body?

Is it worth it at all? I ask because I have mine out right now and just wanna know if its worth it.

Less than minimal gains.

Throttle body - port/polish
Intake manifold - port/polish
Head - port/polish valve job
Cam(s)

that will give you a nice gain

Without cams and a bunch of bolt ons, it still isn't going to make a big difference at all. (for the money for all that work) Hondas heads are quite efficient as they are. (making 100hp:L)
