1988 Rolls Royce Silver Spur

Hello! Does anyone know where I can purchase the 1988 Rolls Royce Silver Spur Saloon by KC PRECISION? Has anyone heard of KC PRECISION? I have seen this model on a private individual's website & have gone mad ever since trying to find it. It is 1/18 scale & it's gorgeous! He said that he got it on a business trip to China.
