stupid question

now that summer is nearly over, im gettin prepared for another long winter here in western pennsylvania..... ive always notice that the AC get cold really quickly, but in the winter it takes nearly 20 minutes to get the car defrosted......... my old truck only took like 2 minutes to warm-up, so i ignored it last winter and now i wanna know why its like that..... anyone got any ideas why its like that, or if i can fix/help it?

i think there's some stuff u can put on ur windows so they won't fog up....but i need to poise this question about my car in the honda forum....thanx
