Hi,
I'm a newbie and need some of advice. How low is it practical to lower a 2002 Accord V6 coupe? I would like to eliminate some gap in the wheel well, but I don't want it to be too much of a hassle to drive daily either. What is your experienced recommendations?
What's the difference between lowering springs and coil-overs? Is one better than the other?
I've also heard, that if I just lower the car, but don't change the shocks or struts, I will be bottoming out the suspension. Isn't the shocks inside the struts? So do I have to change both?
What are your recommendations as to the (quality) brands and where to buy them. Thanks in advance to all for your kind responses.

1. True coilover - fully ajustable spring/shock package
2. Performance Lowering springs w/ aftermarket shocks
3. Lower springs aftermarket shocks
4. Coilover sleeve springs

In that order

If you go with true coilovers then there is no worries about which spring or shock to choose.
