94 Tail Lights Leak

I have a 94 Altima in which both tail lights leak water. I have tried sealing them with silicon from inside the trunk but that did not work. I cannot see how to remove them from the car to better seal them. It looks like there maybe some type of rubber gasket around the tailights but you would need to remove them from the car to get to them. Has anyone else ever had this problem? There are several small stem with nuts on them in the trunk, but I am not sure which ones to remove to get the tail lights detached from the car?

OK you to going in thru the trunk and remove the panel/carpet thats over the bolts. i believe they have 4 bolts unscrew them then pop them out. a lot of people have problems with them leaking.
