86 Supreme trouble code problem

Hi all,

I have a Carbureted 3.8. I am getting a code 23 (M/C Solenoid Voltage Low) error. This error only shows on warm re-starts! I can drive the car after sitting overnight and no check engine light. I can stop the car and go back out to it in an hour and usually get the code then.

I can hear the M/C solenoid clicking before the car starts, so I know it is connected.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would like to resolve this.
