ecu problem

hey u all my ecu on the ranger im building is not working but i rember my brother inlaw cutting the line to the main window and lock controls i looked on the sercut board and it has the same fuse so does taht mean sence theres no pwoer going to the fuse then the ecu gets no power? im kinda confused now. im thinking its right but not sure.

the other thing is that my ecu and eninge and the wireign harnes are made for duel tanks will it change any thing for me to no be useing the duel tanks or even all the componet like the fuel lines on the frame there for the single tank thats on this stock frame so. well should i pop the duel tanks on there its just more custom work and i think i whould like it more any ways but i need to c if my engein will run.

any oen got any info on this truck.

its 88 ford ranger single cab short bed stock frame has singel tank but my engien adn ever thing else is from a 87 ranger the ening eis 2.9 v6
power windows locks duel tank switch and the harnes is made for it.
