well... i haven't drawn in a while, and i don't think i've ever posted a drawing here... sooo - here goes

Looks real nice, but what I would like to add is just a few details that you missed out on, all with shading. Behind the wheels, there should be shaddowing beng casted onto the rotors, and also a bit of shade around the sides of the spokes. I don't know what happened to the sahding underneath the car, it was there and then you left it out, sort of on and off. I would shade a complete aura underneath the car (especially infront of the side exhaust, where you left it out). This gives the car more muscle, and a heavy presence. After all, the Viper IS a heavy, muscly sports car. Great drawing though.

Also, dont put an outline around the drawing. I forget who told me, but it really looks much better without the outline.
