Chassis Lubrication

I have a '02 LT 4x4 and am starting to do my own maintenance. I finally cleaned out the garage so I can fit the truck in there. Where are all of the grease fittings located? The owners manual doesn't help and I don't want to pay $120 for the OE manual from Helms. I know there are fittings on the upper and lower ball joints, but where else?
