332 and 538 error codes on 95 exp

Have gotten 332 errror codes on 95 explorer. Replaced EGR valve without researching the problem. Problem still exist. Made some voltage and resistance readings of solenoid and sensor that seem okay. Was wondering if someone might point a finger to the problem before I spend money on things I shouldn't.
