Hey everyone,
I have a stock 1993 Toyota Camry LE (4cyl Model(5S-FEW)) with an automatic transmission. It's a nice car, but it just doesn't have any balls. When I'm getting on to the highway it almost feels as though I'm going to get run over by the other cars. I've been looking arround for upgrade soloutions, and all I can seem to find is the Burien Turbo. Looks to be a half decent turbo, but for only a 45hp increase is it really worth it at 2.5k + additional required parts and upgrades just so it will run? Doesn't seem very cost effective seeing how I only spent 1.4k on the car itself. Are there any tweaks I can do to improve acceleration? I'm willing to spend about 1.5k. Note: I wouldn't want any tweaks that would make my car look any different from the stock car. I would be willing to get a new muffler if there is any advantage to it, but I'd most likely paint the chrome black if i could only get the chromed edition.
