I have heard the occasional good thing or 2 about IPP, but they have a VERY bad reputation all together. I've heard more than one story where someone will order a product, it's charged to their credit card, then they forget about it. All of a sudden it shows up at their door nearly a full year later.

hmm well thats sucks. Now i'm having second thoughts of ordering.
