Which springs do I choose?

Hey guys...I got a red 2001 325i. I just put on the 18" M3 wheels, it looks beautiful. Pockets are a little low, but I have enough to put on springs. Now what's the best shit there is. I don't race, I live in Florida --cops here are ticket hungry. So I don't need no sport tuned suspension. I just need a good set of springs to make the car look complete.

Between the AC Schnitzer, Eibach, and Bilstein springs, which is the best. Thanks in advance for the help.
