I was turning the screw out counter-clockwise and it seems that nothing is happening. I have adjusted the screw quite a bit and the idle never really moves.
Any suggestions other than taking it to a dealer?

u can not adjust the idle by turning the screw because the computer control the idle.

After warming up the engine to operating temp.( fan comes on then off)
Disconnect EACV then adjust idle
Is your idle too high or low?

but then u have an inlet so u can adjust the idle. then the computer will compensate.
i known people who cant adjust the idle for some reason...its weird...on my car i can change my idle from 400rpm to 1.4k rpm. ever since i cleaned out my thottle body i had to re-adjust it cause my idle was too damn high...my idle went smoother as well.
